And then there are parking lot projects like this one. A relatively new luxury apartment complex with management that's committed to maintaining beautiful aesthetics while also protecting their parking lot surface from damage.
Greystar Property Management is a leading apartment management company in America for a reason. They care about their residents and that extends to the property surrounding each of their communities.
The scope of work for this project was not complicated but it required a level of care and attention to detail to ensure the job was done right.
Executing The Project
PHASE 1: CLEANING
High-powered blowers and wire brooms were used to remove sand, dirt and debris from the parking lot surface.
This first-step ensures a clean canvas for crews ahead of the next phase.
PHASE 2: SEALCOATING
Asphalt sealcoat was applied across 51-thousand square feet of parking lot surface.
Special care and focused work efforts ensured that concrete car stops and curbing were not impacted by any sealcoat overspray.
PHASE 3: FRESH LINES
The entire parking lot was painted with fresh lines and traffic direction markings.
This phase included multiple ADA stalls and a large "No Parking" zone in front of a side loading area.
