Parking Lot Sealcoating Project For Orlando Luxury Apartment Community
Project Summary
Luxury apartment communities should look luxurious right? The folks at Picerne Real Estate Group were ready to refresh two of their extensive parking lots, making the asphalt look like new while helping to prevent damage at the same time.
The Oasis at Moss Park and The Oasis at Moss Park Preserve are luxury apartment communities in Orlando, Florida and sit about a half mile apart. This project also included the addition of speed bumps to help control traffic speed through the residential lots.

Executing The Project
PHASE 1: SPEED BUMP INSTALLATION
The property owner was concerned about traffic speed in the communities. Diamond recommended the strategic placement of 10 speed bumps during the first phase of the project.
PHASE 2: SEALCOATING
The sealcoating phase always has the potential to be messy but Diamond’s on-site quality control manager ensured the property remained clean for the management company and residents. It was also essential that residents still have access to the properties during the project. Diamond kept both bustling apartment communities moving with minimal impact from start to finish.
PHASE 3: FRESH LINES
There's nothing like freshly painted lines to keep a parking lot looking like new!
A Smooth Project From Start To Finish
The facility director wanted to make sure the sealcoating process was fast and didn't disrupt the daily lives of everyone living in the luxury community. Diamond was able to keep the project moving and make sure residents always had access to their apartments.
Our crews left the job site clean and we're told residents were very happy with the fresh new appearance of the parking lots.
